Active Release Techniques
A soft-tissue technique used to treat problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and nerves.
Dry needling involves using acupuncture needles to eliminate pain from trigger points in muscles (or ‘knots’) and reduces muscle tension.
A soft-tissue technique that improves muscle activation, and increases muscle length & range of movement.
An adjustment can provide immediate pain relief and restores range of movement. It is effective in relieving low back pain, neck pain, and headaches.
Soft Tissue Mobilisation
IASTM uses tools to break down fascial restrictions and scar tissue. It is commonly used for repetitive sprains/strains and post-surgery patients.
We provide rehab exercise programs to help a variety of injuries, particularly those related to sport. We also help patients regain their strength post-surgery.
